Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Coordinator to join our team and lead efforts to grow our brand, expand our patient base, and strengthen community partnerships. The ideal candidate will be both creative and analytical, with a strong understanding of healthcare marketing strategies and a passion for connecting patients with quality care.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement
Manage digital marketing efforts including website updates, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms
Coordinate community outreach events, health fairs, and referral partnerships with other healthcare providers
Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, newsletters, and in-office signage
Track and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and CRM reports
Maintain a consistent brand image across all marketing channels
Collaborate with physicians and staff to highlight services, patient success stories, and new offerings
Identify local sponsorships, advertising opportunities, and media placementsQualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a healthcare or medical practice setting
Proficient in digital marketing tools, social media management, and graphic design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
