Reports To: Spa Manager
Job Purpose: To provide high-quality skincare and bodywork services, delivering personalized treatments and exceptional customer service in a calm, professional manner. Educate clients on the benefits of treatments and recommend customized spa-to-home care to enhance their relaxation and well-being.
Job Summary: Contribute to the spa team’s success by consistently offering quality skincare and massage experiences while functioning as a cohesive team member. Support company goals, including revenue growth through product sales, return clientele, education of spa-to-home care, and promoting additional spa services.
Salary: 25%-28% commission and 20% auto gratuity

Guest Experience
• Create a serene, safe, and welcoming environment for guests.
• Thoughtfully address guest concerns and provide solutions, even under pressure.

• Follow up with and report guest feedback to management as needed.
Spa Experience & Operations
• Evaluate clients’ needs, skin conditions, and preferences to customize treatments.
• Provide professional and personalized facials, body treatments, waxing, and massage services, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and prenatal, adhering to licensing standards and spa protocols.
• Educate guests on the benefits of skincare and massage, recommending appropriate spa treatments and at-home care products.
• Stay informed on the latest industry techniques, trends, and product innovations.
• Maintain spa records and inventory levels in skincare and massage departments.
• Promote and sell retail products to guests, striving to exceed sales goals.
• Ensure treatment rooms are cleaned, stocked, and organized according to state board guidelines. Leave each space better than found.
• Communicate ideas or concerns to the Spa Manager promptly.
• Stay updated on all spa offerings and procedures.
• Complete miscellaneous projects as assigned by management.
AVAILABILITY
• Flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Must have a valid Wisconsin Esthetics or Cosmetologist with Skin Care and Nail Focus and Massage Therapy license.
• 1-2 years of experience in a spa setting preferred.
