Job Description

We are looking for a Client Service Manager to drive sales and revenue growth by building strong relationships with clients in the Auburn, GA area. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.

Location: Auburn, GA 30011

Pay: $65,000- $70,000 Base Salary + Commissions.

Requirements

2+ years of client-facing experience in stormwater or aquatic services

Sales, relationship development, or customer service experience

College degree preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Ability to work well in a team environment, independent thought and critical thinking, business acumen, and an internal motivation to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

Pursues new leads generated by existing client base, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.

Responds to and acknowledges all client inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.

Identify and target potential clients through research and data mining

Connect with decision-makers via phone and email

Serve as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests

Estimate and generate proposals for new and existing clients

Recommend additional services to current clients

Develop and implement relationship-building programs (e.g., site meetings, lunch & learns, etc.)

Perform physical tasks such as driving, walking on steep slopes, bending, and kneeling
