What You’ll Do:

As Material Handler-Restock/Cycle Count at Demco, your responsibilities will include:

Cycle Counting: Perform daily inventory cycle counts, ensuring accuracy and proper record-keeping through a live cycle count program.

Product Replenishment: Replenish products from the warehouse into the primary pick area in a timely manner, keeping things organized and efficient.

Shelf Rotation: Ensure product is rotated properly in bins and shelves are maintained in a picker-friendly manner.

Documentation & Tracking: Complete necessary documentation and computer transactions to track products and workflow.

Distribution Center Efficiency: Maintain organization and slotting in the distribution center for improved productivity.

Other Duties: Assist with various other inventory and distribution center functions as needed.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Education: A high school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in PC operation and basic math skills.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50+ pounds frequently, and work at varying heights.

Experience: Previous order-picker certification and experience with AS400 are preferred.

Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Equipment Handling: Experience with operator material handling equipment is preferred.
