Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day operations of the Production facility

Prepares with accuracy (cut, carve and measures) all menu items according to the companies’ recipes, portions, and quality standards.

Receives, inspects, and restock food supplies and equipment.

Maintains work area and equipment clean and sanitized by companies’ standards.

Understands and complies with all food and safety (hand washing, cross contamination) practices

Rotates product per “first in, first out” to maintain shelf-life standards

Maintain open communication with management and team members regarding logs, product discards and order status

Participates in other essential activities as needed
