Job Duties:

Oversee subcontractors.

Review and become familiar with the schedule and budget. Coordinate schedule from foundation to completion.

Meet deadlines

Enforce safety procedures.

Report issues to appropriate person.

Attend production meetings.

Ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Previous experience running commercial jobs

Proficient with computers and software such as PlanGrid and/or Procore, Excel, etc.

Must be able to read blueprints/drawings

Excellent communication skills
