Hybrid Work Arrangement - minimum of 3 days onsite a week

The Manager of Information Systems oversees the daily operations, maintenance, and support of core and digital banking systems, ensuring system stability, performance, and security. Coordinates with vendors, manages system upgrades, and supports IT projects aligned with the organization's digital strategy. Partners closely with internal departments and the IT team to enhance operational efficiency and deliver reliable technological solutions. Assists in managing vendor relationships and supporting the delivery of the information technology strategy.

Oversees core systems and banking applications, including:

Core Banking Platform

Online/Mobile Banking Platform

Loan Origination System (LOS)

Banking Applications

Digital systems and platforms

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Support day-to-day management of business applications and digital systems.

Manage and develop team members in Business Applications, Business Analytics, and System/Technical Support.

Manage contracted vendors and IT-related hardware/software to ensure optimal performance and high availability.

Collaborate with management to identify technological solutions that improve departmental and organizational efficiency.

Develop reports and improve operational processes using vendor tools; assist in evaluating enhancement requests.

Ensure testing and implementation of software updates and patches, coordinate changes with the IT team.

Develop and maintain user and technical documentation, including policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring regular updates and reviews as determined.

Coordinate assigned projects through development, implementation, and follow-up phases.

Assist in conducting research, identifying vendors, and supporting proposal evaluation for technical projects.

Assist in implementing and maintaining disaster recovery plans related to systems under management.

Provide support for troubleshooting, maintaining, and testing computer equipment, peripherals, and network systems.

Assist in the administration of business applications including Office 365, cloud services, phone systems, servers, and cybersecurity.

Support user administration and uphold cybersecurity standards, advising leadership on potential security risks.

Contribute to data governance efforts and help support strategies that leverage data to achieve organizational goals.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong technical expertise in business applications and systems administration.

Proficient in technical writing, including user documentation and system workflows.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and vendors.

Experience with Jack Henry technologies (Symitar, Synergy, Image Teller Capture) preferred.

Experience with MeridianLink (OpeningAct/LoansPQ) preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business management, information systems, or related field preferred.

Minimum of three years of experience managing IT systems, vendors, and small teams.

Experience working with consumer, commercial, and mortgage lending origination systems, and online/mobile banking solutions preferred.

Valid driver’s license with no restrictions.

Personal smartphone capable of supporting the latest operating systems (iOS or Android) required.
