The new Northern Taphouse - Maple Grove location will open sometime Fall 2025. We want to hire a General Manager early to start training.

Salary Range: $100k-$110k base. Bonus. Full Benefits. PTO.

What You'll Do:

Lead and inspire a dedicated team of staff members

Ensure outstanding guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and food quality

Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance

Implement innovative strategies to boost customer engagement and drive business growth

Foster a positive, inclusive, and family-oriented work environment

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a General Manager in a restaurant setting

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction

Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with grace

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
