Description:

We are looking to hire a full-time talented Graphic and Web Designer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Print, Web, and UX design. The ideal candidate should be a creative self-starter with a strong desire to work on a multitude of design projects of various disciplines with strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

Objectives:

Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various software programs to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet business goals.

Obtain input from managers to ensure that designs meet organizational standards and brand expectations, express ideas accurately, and represent the company.

Examine existing processes, identify areas of improvement, and create solutions that improve design capabilities.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with staff on a wide range of print and digital materials that may include but are not limited to web pages, advertisements, mailings, newsletters, signage, internal communications, and marketing communications.

Work with marketing staff to create original online and print marketing campaigns.

Update content on multiple websites

Work with software developers on UI / UX design

Coordinating with outside agencies, printers, and colleagues as necessary.

Other various design-related tasks

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven graphic design experience.

Compelling portfolio showcasing graphic design skills.

Familiarity with design software and technologies including Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of marketing, production, website design, advertisements, and multimedia design.

Must be a master multitasker, self-starter, highly adaptable, and detail oriented.

Must have Creative Capacity

Knowledge of WordPress a must

Must have UI/UX experience

Front-end knowledge of CSS, HTML, and JavaScript is a plus

A degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
