Responsibilities:
Responsible for on-site training and support of assigned individuals in community-based jobs
Possess awareness of realistic work expectations regarding quality of work and appropriate behavior
Observe and record pertinent information and performance of assigned individuals
Ability to perform personal cares in a discreet, respectful manner (i.e.: toileting, eating, mobility, behaviors)
Ability to effectively communicate with employers and respond to training needs and/or related problems
Ability to implement training plans established by case managers and employers
Ability to work independently and creatively problem solve as needs arise for individuals
This position requires a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
High School graduate or equivalent
At least two (2) years of experience working in a restaurant, food service, janitorial, retail, factory setting or other community employment experience
Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
