About the Account Management Team

At Gifthealth, the Account Management Team is more than just maintaining relationships and reporting. The Account Management Team works with our internal sales team and external partners to help improve reporting and increase efficiency for our partners.

How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

Assist with onboarding new Gastroenterology partners

Maintain relationships with physicians by providing robust reporting

Work closely with internal departments to develop, maintain, and service accounts in an effort to increase sales

Effectively use available tools and resources to enhance customer experience

Educate outside sales reps by supplying marketing materials, reporting, and other resources

Lead and assist in other projects and perform other duties as assigned

A Few Things About You

1-3 years of account management experience preferred but not required, preferably healthcare experience (Gastroenterology and/or Specialty)

Proven track record of maintaining client relationships

Excellent selling/persuasive/presentation skills

Strong customer focus, demonstrated teamwork/collaboration
