We are looking for a Full time Project Technician/ Floor & Carpet Cleaner to join our Special Projects Team. You will be working in Commercial Buildings (no residences).

As you will be driving one of our company vehicles, for insurance purposes, you must be over 21, have a valid driver's license & a good driving record to qualify for this position. Bilingual English/ Spanish helpful

General duties include:

Floor maintenance

Strip/refinish

Autoscrub

Power scrub

Carpet cleaning

Construction cleaning

Glass cleaning

Other cleaning as assigned

This position starts/ends in Bloomington, close to Hwy 100 & 494

Core hours 4pm - 1am

Monday-Friday evening + 1 Saturday/mo

40+ hours/week (OT likely but not guaranteed)

$21.00/hour

Job Qualifications:

Driver's License/ good driving record

Able to work independently

Take direction from supervisor

Able to lift 50 lbs
