Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a Park Custodian to join our team. The primary responsibility of the Park Custodian is to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the park facilities and grounds. This position involves working outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous custodial or maintenance experience is preferred.

- Ability to work independently and efficiently.

- Strong attention to detail.

- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and moving objects.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

**Responsibilities:**

- Clean park facilities, including bathrooms, picnic areas, and buildings.

- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste.

- Sweep, mop, and maintain cleanliness of park walkways and parking lots.

- Perform minor maintenance tasks as needed, such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues.

- Report any major maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.

- Assist with setup and takedown of park events and activities.

- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties.

**Schedule:**

This position requires varying hours based on park events and needs. The ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
