Job Description

The Kreider Farms Milk Processing Plant located in Manheim, PA needs an AM shift Cooler Worker. Qualified candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will load and unload all incoming and outgoing materials and maintain organization of the cooler and dry storage areas. This position will also pick customer orders, arrange products on pallet, and shrink wrap/label pallets. Other duties include daily inventory, inspecting trailers prior to loading, and maintaining good housekeeping standards. Previous forklift/pallet jack experience preferred.

Hours for this position will be 8:00 am to 2:00 pm (or until work is complete) Monday to Friday but must be flexible to adjust hours as needed. Will work every 4th Saturday after trained and overtime as needed.

Wage will be based on experience. Kreider Farms offers an excellent benefits package, including health insurance and 401K retirement plan at 60 days, vacation days, holidays, uniforms, shoe allowance of $140/year, and free eggs and milk.
