Position Summary:

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive HR Administrator to join our team! This role supports both the HR and Accounting departments by handling a variety of administrative tasks. As an HR Administrator, you will manage front desk operations, assist with employee benefits and performance reviews, oversee company events, and maintain HR files. You will also play a key role in coordinating employee recognition programs, managing billing reconciliations, and providing essential support for payroll processing and accounts payable. Essential Functions:

Front Desk and Reception: Answer phone calls, greet and assist visitors, and manage building access to ensure a welcoming and professional environment for employees and guests.

Employee Engagement: Organize and manage company events that foster employee engagement and enhance company culture.

HR Records Management: Organize and maintain electronic HR files to ensure all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and easily accessible.

Employee Lunch Program: Oversee the employee lunch program, including billing, card distribution, and employee set-up.

Benefits Reconciliation: Reconcile billing statements from benefit carriers to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies.

HR System Support: Provide support to employees for HR-related system log-ins and troubleshooting.

New Hire/Termination Support: Assist with processing new hires, transfers, and terminations in the HRIS system and other related systems.

Open Enrollment: Assist in preparing and administering the open enrollment process for employee benefits, ensuring employees are informed and enrolled in appropriate plans.

Performance Reviews: Assist in the preparation and administration of employee performance reviews, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation in the HRIS system.

Wellness Programs: Support wellness programs and events to promote employee health and well-being.

Employee Recognition: Post anniversary, birthday, and other company announcements, and coordinate recognition for employees reaching milestones through the years of service program.

Job Ticket Management: Manage job ticket filing in Radius, marking tasks as complete, generating reports, creating file labels, and organizing physical folders.

Accounts Payable: Responsible for the daily entry of Accounts Payable data into the system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.

Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of payroll tasks.

Other Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the department.

Skills and Experience:

Ability to interact effectively with a wide variety of people while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Demonstrate active involvement in supporting the company's mission, core values, and non-negotiables.

Courteous and respectful at all times when interacting with internal and external customers.

Minimum of an Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or 2+ years of related experience (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with database management and record-keeping.

Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) preferred.

Previous experience in front desk operations and customer service is preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and listening skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

English language proficiency is required.
