We’re looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead and direct the routine functions of our HR department—including hiring, interviewing, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and ensuring company policies and practices are applied consistently and fairly.
What You’ll Do:
• Recruit, interview, hire, and train new staff
• Oversee daily workflow of the HR department
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide timely, constructive feedback
• Handle disciplinary actions and terminations in accordance with company policies
• Partner with leadership on talent strategies, including recruiting, retention, and succession planning
• Support and guide staff on complex, sensitive HR matters—such as accommodations, investigations, and policy compliance
• Manage the full talent acquisition process, especially for managerial and exempt-level roles
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure the right skills and competencies are being recruited
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR management experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of:
- HR policy development and implementation
- Legal compliance and employment law
- Benefits and leave administration
• Secondary strengths:
- Employee relations and conflict resolution
- Performance review process development
- Recruiting and onboarding strategies
