Are you a motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or retail—and looking to break into the dynamic world of IT Staffing?

AGM Tech Solutions is seeking driven, resilient, and curious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level IT Recruiters. You’ll receive hands-on training through our immersive 8-week “AGM RISE” Training Program, designed to raise your career and set you on a path to long-term success.

Who You Are – Our Ideal Candidate:

Experience: 1–2 years of professional experience in sales, recruiting, hospitality, customer service, or similar fields

Industry Exposure: Familiarity with IT staffing is a plus but not required

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required

Comfortable With: High-volume outbound calls, customer-facing interactions, fast-paced and metrics-driven environments

Tech-Ready: Comfortable learning CRM/ATS platforms and tools like JobDiva and LinkedIn Recruiter

Key Skills & Success Traits:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Relationship-builder with a warm, positive personality

Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle rejection

Coachable and eager to learn and grow quickly

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills

Basic understanding of IT roles and job market (we’ll train you!)

Your First 8 Weeks: The AGM Ascend Training Program: You’ll participate in our structured, hands-on training that includes:

Weeks 1–2: Foundation & Onboarding

Learn the AGM Way, our tools, values, and the IT staffing landscape

Shadow senior recruiters and complete sourcing exercises

Weeks 3–4: Sourcing & Candidate Engagement

Learn to build talent pipelines, use Boolean search, and engage candidates

Begin screening and submitting candidates

Weeks 5–6: Recruiting Cycle Mastery

Navigate the full recruitment lifecycle

Understand candidate objections, rate negotiation, and documentation

Weeks 7–8: Independence & Performance

Hit high-volume KPIs

Manage your own workflow
