ERP Project Manager – Global Implementation Hybrid (3 Days Onsite)

Location: Bala Cynwyd, Philadelphia (3 days per week onsite required)

We’re partnering with a leading global firm on the search for an experienced ERP Project Manager to drive the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale ERP replacement initiative. This is a high-impact role where you'll take ownership of a major transformation project, working closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Tech.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days onsite per week, offering the chance to work closely with both technical teams and senior stakeholders to shape and deliver the future of enterprise systems across the organization.

What you’ll be doing:

Leading the full lifecycle implementation of a global ERP platform.

Managing internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery.

Collaborating with stakeholders in Accounting, Finance, Tax, and Procurement to gather requirements and drive alignment.

Overseeing integrations with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system performance.

Supporting system configuration, testing, and user training.

Managing timelines, budgets, scope, and risks throughout the project.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience delivering complex ERP or financial systems projects (global scope ideal).

Strong blend of functional and technical know-how—comfortable with financial processes and technical integrations.

Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Ability to manage competing priorities and keep projects on track.

Prior background in accounting (education or commercial experience)
