You will be working with some of the best state-of-art resources for sourcing, screening and providing qualified candidates for various technical roles. You will have the opportunity to use social media, Linkedin and Indeed to find technical candidates to help hire and retain skilled employees for your account.
Responsibilities
Source potential engineering and technical candidates .
Conduct full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
Interview candidates to determine if background fits current job openings
Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Post ads on Social media
Review job offer letters
Onboard new hires
Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products
Skills
Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter in Engineering or IT.
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain technical job requirements
Familiarity resume databases.
Experience with Excel
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation
BS in Technical Degree, IT or relevant degree or equivalent experience.
