Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for various IS-U modules, including Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable, Customer Service, and Meter-to-Cash processes.
Test Documentation: Create and maintain detailed test plans, scenarios, scripts, and reports to ensure thorough functional testing coverage.
Defect Management: Identify, log, and track defects using tools like HP ALM or JIRA, collaborating closely with development teams for timely resolution.
Testing Types: Conduct various testing methodologies, including Smoke, Functional, End-to-End, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system performance and functionality.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with developers, consultants, and end-users to ensure smooth testing processes and provide support during UAT and troubleshooting.
Lifecycle Testing: Participate in testing throughout the SAP IS-U lifecycle phases, including implementation, upgrades, and maintenance.
Required Skills & Experience
SAP IS-U Modules: Hands-on experience with modules like Billing, Invoicing, Device Management, and Customer Service.
Testing Tools: Proficiency in tools such as HP ALM, JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar for test management and defect tracking.
Utility Processes: In-depth knowledge of utility-specific processes, including Meter-to-Cash, Billing, and Customer Service operations.
Methodologies: Experience with various testing methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
