Fertig & Gordon is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated maintenance technician to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable, skilled professional who takes pride in their work and values integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general maintenance, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs across multiple residential and commercial properties

Travel to various job sites daily as assigned

Complete detailed reports and upload before/after photos for each job using our online system

Maintain a clean and professional work environment while working in tenant-occupied units

Requirements:

Verifiable experience in plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

Reliable vehicle with adequate space to transport tools and equipment

Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance

Punctual, professional, and trustworthy – you will be entering tenants' homes and representing our company
