vTech Solution is looking for a bright & dynamic incumbent for the position of Client Relationship Specialist (Intern) to work in its VA Office. The incumbent will be responsible for building and managing (current) clients and coordinating with senior management during client acquisition.

Primary Responsibilities:
Perform market research to qualify new business opportunities, including analysis of customer budget, capabilities required, current customer preferences, competitive environment assessments, and incumbent strengths and weaknesses.
Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting to closing (will be supported by an experienced team).
Lead Generation/Outbound Calling and warm lead follow-up.
Understand customer needs and requirements.
Present and articulate the value of Professional Services in Direct Client & Managed Service Provider (MSP) market and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations.
Develop sales pipelines and revenue forecasts.
Close sales and achieve quarterly sales quotas.
Develop effective sales strategies.
Manage and develop assigned industry verticals.
Create proposals and respond to RFP’s (will be supported by an experienced team for proposal writing).
Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, and products.
Able and willing to travel.
Utilize CRM to track and analyze data for future activities.
Provide status reports to the executive team.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Marketing, Communication or in a relevant field of education.
Someone with a minimum of 0-2 years’ sales and market research experience is required.
Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial setting and is good with social media.
Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team.
Ability to think outside the box, implement innovative ideas and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Must be a people-person with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Position Type: Internship role, with possibility to convert to Full-time based on performance.
