Engage with contractors, builders, and walk-in customers, understanding their needs and recommending the best solutions

Respond to sales inquiries, prepare accurate quotes, and process orders efficiently

Gain and apply in-depth product knowledge to educate and assist customers effectively

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business

Coordinate with the warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries

Address customer concerns and resolve order discrepancies with professionalism and care

Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to meet customer needs and boost sales

Work full-time hours, 45-50 hours/week

We seek an enthusiastic and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our dedicated team. In this role, you'll drive sales and ensure our customers have the best possible experience. Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:

Experienced: 1–3 years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience. Familiarity with building materials or construction is a plus. Must have a high school diploma.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM software is helpful but not required.

Strong Communication Skills: Excels in verbal and written communication with a focus on clarity and professionalism.

Organized & Detailed: Manages multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.

Team Player: Thrives in a team-oriented workplace, working effectively across departments to support company goals.

Problem-solver: Tackles challenges proactively, resourcefully resolving customer and operational issues.

Physically Active: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying active throughout the workday.

$20-24/hour – DOE
