Location: Duluth, GA

Employment Type: Full-Time

TRC is seeking a talented Production Manager to support one of our manufacturing clients in Duluth, GA! This position is onsite with a 7:30AM-5:30PM shift schedule.

Position Summary

The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and on time. This role is responsible for managing production teams, monitoring performance, and implementing process improvements. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage production teams to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets

Coordinate workflow, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure optimal productivity

Monitor and control inventory to support production schedules and reduce excess material.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as output, downtime, scrap, and efficiency

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams to resolve production issues

Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards

Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase throughput

Train, coach, and evaluate team members to support development and retention

Maintain accurate production records and reporting

Support new product launches and capacity planning initiatives

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing management role

Proven experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (automotive, machining, or industrial preferred)

Fluent in both Korean and English

Strong leadership and team management skills

Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement principles

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and manufacturing systems (ERP/MRP)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
