Job Description
We are seeking a Community Manager to become a part of our team! You will help plan and facilitate all leasing, resident retention and property maintenance and management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the leasing efforts and lease retention
Approve vendor bills for payment
Research and obtain bids for property improvements
Attract and retain prospective residents
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints and inquiries
Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
Supervise and train property staff/maintenance personnel.
Enforce property and company policy and procedures
Qualifications:
Previous supervisory experience in property management or other related fields
Familiarity with fair housing/multi-family housing
Ability to build rapport with tenants
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Working knowledge of AppFolio/Yardi, MS Word and ExcelCompany Description
