Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer to lead and enhance electrical, mechanical, and control systems design with a focus on Python programming and PLC integration.

Requirements:

Associate's degree or 6 years of experience in programming and equipment installation

Training in PLC, HMI, Visual Basic, Fanuc

Strong industrial communication skills for Ethernet/IP, DeviceNet, DH+, Hart, RS232

Proficiency in installing operating systems on Microsoft Windows XP, 2000-2003 server, Windows 7

AutoCAD Mechanical, Electrical, and Inventor drawing skills

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Client/Server architecture and SQL databases

Familiarity with Ignition by Inductive Automation

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the engineering department in system reliability and efficient plant operations

Coordinate design and installation of PLC control systems

Maintain industrial network backbone and data collection systems

Assist in maintaining standards for PLC programming and HMI layouts

Manage third-party contractor support when needed
