THE WORK
Program Quality within the Undersea Warfare (USW) market segment. This position will require on-site support for the Syracuse/Liverpool, NY facility.
You will be responsible for leading Quality Program Team(s) (QPT). The QPT is led by Program Quality and consists of a lead from Product Quality, Engineering Quality, Supplier Quality, and operating excellence. The selected candidate will lead this team through proposal efforts, program startup, and program execution. They will also be the lead Quality interface to the Program Management Team and Customer Team.

Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 yr Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 9 years of professional experience; or 7 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree. Considered an emerging authority.
- Quality engineering / quality management experience.
- Experience with quality procedures, First Article Inspections, flowdown of Quality requirements
- Understanding of Hardware Quality processes.
- Understanding of Supplier Quality processes.
- Production, Manufacturing, Process Engineering experience.
- Experience leading projects or teams.
- Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. This requires US Citizenship.
