This is a full-time on-site role for a Rooms Operations Manager: Housekeeping located in Trumbull, CT. The role involves overseeing day-to-day housekeeping operations, managing housekeeping staff, ensuring cleanliness standards, and coordinating with other departments for guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

Housekeeping management and operations skills

Experience in staff supervision and scheduling

Knowledge of cleanliness standards and hotel procedures

Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Organizational and time management skills

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
