We’re looking for a professional, reliable, and service-driven Receptionist to join our team in Fresno. In this key role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests and employees, creating a welcoming environment while keeping front desk operations running smoothly.
Hours: 730am-430pm
Location: Fresno, CA Pay Rate: $28/hour
This is a temporary role with the potential to transition into a permanent position based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet all visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner
Answer incoming calls, direct inquiries, and relay messages promptly and accurately
Manage visitor check-in, ID badge requests, and building access coordination
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and conference rooms
Submit and follow up on maintenance requests and building service needs
Coordinate office services such as messenger requests, catering, and travel support
Liaise with facilities to ensure pantry restocking and common area upkeep
Provide basic concierge-style support (e.g., booking car services or reservations)
Update internal phone and email directories
Support conference room scheduling and preparation
Qualifications:
1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Outlook and phone systems is a plus
