About the Role:
Toy Box Brands is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Manager to support the execution of our brand marketing strategies across Polite Society and Diamond Drunk. This role will serve as a key collaborator — ensuring follow-through on retail and PR initiatives, managing timelines, and helping drive campaign execution in partnership with internal and external teams. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do:
Support the Head of Marketing in retailer partnership management by coordinating communications, gathering assets, and tracking retailer requests.
Build strong working relationships with retailer marketing teams to ensure seamless day-to-day collaboration.
Assist in the development and execution of strategic initiatives that elevate our brand presence within retail environments.
Manage day-to-day operations with PR agencies to ensure alignment with brand goals and maximize visibility.
Brainstorm and support the development of creative press pitches and moments that generate buzz and editorial coverage.
Track and analyze campaign performance and retailer execution, compiling recaps and learnings for future initiatives.
Own asset deadlines and manage the creation/briefing process for .com product pages, working cross-functionally with graphics and e-commerce teams.
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure coordinated, on-time launch execution across channels.
Who You Are:
A collaborative communicator who enjoys being a right hand and cross-functional partner.
Experienced in marketing, PR, or retail partnerships — ideally in the beauty space.
Organized and proactive, with excellent attention to detail and a knack for managing multiple moving pieces.
Comfortable working across multiple brands, each with its own unique voice, audience, and go-to-market approach.
Confident in creating and presenting marketing materials to both internal and external stakeholders.
A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys contributing to polished, high-impact launches.
