Reliability & Maintenance Supervisor (1st Shift)

Location: Mukwonago, WI

Salary: $85,000 - $130,000 (5-10% Plant Bonus)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (On-call as needed)

Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire

Position Summary

Engauge is seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Maintenance Manager for its Mukwonago, WI facility. This critical leadership role will guide the Technical Services Team in achieving excellence in safety, quality, efficiency, and service through effective performance management, strategic problem-solving, and a people-first mindset. The Reliability and Maintenance Manager will be responsible for transforming maintenance and asset reliability to maximize asset utilization and reduce operational downtime.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of the Reliability and Maintenance program to ensure top-quartile performance in efficiency, quality, and service.

Develop and implement a comprehensive work management program that maximizes the efficiency of maintenance personnel, prioritizes machine capacity utilization, and minimizes material costs.

Establish and sustain maintenance processes, including spare parts management, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System), and TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).

Drive the Scheduling and Planning functions to achieve 90% or greater planned work versus reactive work.

Implement and manage an asset reliability program using advanced analytical tools like Weibull analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, reliability block diagrams, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to proactively improve asset performance.

Oversee all site maintenance shop policies and practices, ensuring compliance and safety for all maintenance personnel.

Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, engineering, reliability personnel, and suppliers to ensure the reliability of equipment on both new and existing assets.

Lead site-level reliability engineering improvements, manage contractor relationships, and develop end-of-life asset replacement plans.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence, promoting key processes like performance management, self-directed work teams, and asset reliability.

Create a rewarding, growth-oriented work environment, building team capabilities for a sustainable talent pipeline.

Be available for on-call support as needed, including being on-site for critical operations or emergencies.

Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, with an emphasis on Reliability Engineering preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, reliability, and engineering, including roles with increasing responsibility from supervisory to site management.

Proven ability to build and implement reliability-centered maintenance and work management programs from the ground up.

Strong understanding of maintenance and reliability planning, including predictive maintenance techniques.

Effective motivational leader and communicator, capable of engaging and inspiring teams at all organizational levels.

Strong ability to prioritize tasks in complex, fast-paced environments.

Hands-on experience with reliability analytics and statistical models (e.g., Weibull Analysis, Monte Carlo simulations).

Results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to deliver tangible improvements in asset reliability and overall operational performance.
