Together, we are two bold, creative brands driven by a love for unforgettable moments, precision, and authentic engagement. We’re seeking a Social Media & Content Marketing Coordinator to join us on a contract-to-hire basis—someone who’s excited to help shape and grow our digital presence.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and create content for:
2 Instagram accounts (linked to Facebook)
1 TikTok account
Write and publish content for:
Blog and website updates for both brands (Athena Events Co. and MYTHOS)
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow our online presence and community engagement
Plan, schedule, and manage posts using appropriate tools (e.g., Meta suite, Later, Hootsuite)
Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to maintain consistent brand voices across all platforms
Track performance metrics and adjust strategies based on insights
Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, digital marketing, and the wedding/event and fantasy entertainment industries
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience in social media management and growth (professional experience preferred; internships considered with a strong portfolio)
Strong skills in content creation—photography, video, and writing
Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, blogging platforms, and basic website management (e.g., WordPress, Squarespace)
A keen eye for design and experience using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
Ability to adapt tone and style to two distinct brand identities (luxury + fantasy)
Organized, self-motivated, and proactive with strong time management skills
Bonus: experience in luxury/lifestyle marketing or fantasy/fandom communities
