CyberAg Feed Company specializes in providing agricultural commodities to our customers. We are looking for a part-time Office Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in our Kearney office. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task. If you have previous experience as an office assistant, we’d like to meet you.
Responsibilities
Create, send and file invoices; receive payments
Maintain feed tonnage reports, per state requirements
Open, sort and act on mail correspondences
Write, answer and check emails
Support team with various administrative tasks
Perform other duties as required
Experience
Administrative, office or personal assistant experience required
Knowledge of Google Workspace required
QuickBooks experience required
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High School diploma or GED required
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
Schedule: 2-3 afternoons a week.
