Duration: 12+month contract, potential to extend/convert

Compensation Range: $43-$57/hr

Role Overview:

Client is seeking an experienced Angular Developer to join the Platform Engineering team focused on building cloud-native platforms using Angular, TypeScript, and AWS. You will contribute to developing UI applications that orchestrate key workflows used across the organization.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Develop single-page applications using Angular 15+ and TypeScript

Collaborate on cloud-native application development in AWS

Build and maintain UI for internal platforms with standard layout and workflow features

Work with CI/CD tools including GitLab for deployment

Participate in code reviews, testing, and performance tuning

Optional: contribute to full-stack efforts using Java Spring Boot or visualization tools like Grafana

Must-Haves:

3–5 years of UI/front-end development experience

Proficiency with Angular 15 or higher and TypeScript

Experience working in AWS environments

Familiarity with GitLab and CI/CD pipelines

Exposure to automated testing tools like Jest or Playwright

Strong attention to code quality and maintainability

Nice-to-Haves:

Full-stack development experience (Java Spring Boot)

Experience with Grafana or dashboard visualizations

Background in middleware development using Java

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver

Comfortable in a hybrid, team-based setting
