Founding team of a new high-impact business group

Function: Full Stack Engineering Customer-Facing 0 1 Product Builds

We’re helping a leading development tools platform with a triple digit year-over-year revenue growth rate hire founding engineers for a newly created, high-impact team. This group will build products from scratch in collaboration with their largest customers — solving complex problems and unlocking hundreds of millions in revenue

You’ll work directly with a senior engineering leader who was among the company’s earliest employees and previously led platform engineering.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with strategic customers to understand high-value, API-centric problems

Design and build full-stack applications, integrations, and tools from the ground up

Rapidly prototype, validate, and iterate based on user feedback

Own the full technical stack — infrastructure, backend, frontend

Influence product direction by sharing insights from the field

Help define and scale the Forward Deployed Engineering function

Ideal Profile:

2 to 5 years of professional experience as a full-stack or backend engineer

Prior experience in customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant or client facing Software engineers

Strong generalist skills (Node.js, Python, React/Next.js, or similar)

Experience building and deploying cloud-based applications (AWS/GCP/Azure)

Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in fast-paced, 0 1 environments

Bonus: Background in developer tools, APIs, or interest in AI/automation
