Role: System Administrator III

Location: Reston, VA (Onsite from day one)

Job Description:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ServiceNow, Mac OS, Workspace One, Windows 10/11, and JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

Support trading desk operations and live trading activities.

Manage workflows, ensure compliance, and implement operational risk controls.

Collaborate with trading, compliance, legal, and middle/back-office teams for seamless trade execution.

Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and automation initiatives.

Prepare for market events and ensure business continuity.

Produce operational reports and metrics for management review.

Manage technology issues and oversee hardware/software maintenance.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of trading platforms, market data feeds, order execution, and post-trade processing.

Strong system administration skills, including OS-level troubleshooting and performance monitoring.

Experience with endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft SCCM), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and networking concepts.

Proficiency in Python, R, or Excel for data analysis, automation, and reporting.

Familiarity with market data vendors (Bloomberg, Reuters) and pricing feeds.

Expertise in service management concepts such as ITIL practices or SDLC.

Skilled in documentation and database reporting for analysis and decision-making.
