Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive building restoration plans

.Perform forensic analysis and assessments of structural issues

.Prepare and sign/seal drawings, details, and specifications in compliance with Florida regulations

.Oversee and manage restoration projects from inception to completion

.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success

.Provide expert recommendations for repair methodologies and solutions

.Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations

.Qualifications

:Minimum of 5 years of experience in building restoration or forensic architecture

.Active professional engineering or architecture license in the state of Florida

.Proven ability to sign and seal drawings and details

.Strong knowledge of Florida building codes and regulations

.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

.Effective communication and project management skills

.Ability to work independently and as part of a team
