Position Summary

As a Marketing Strategist, you will work directly with Captura’s top customers to increase their revenue through direct to consumer marketing channels. You will act as a marketing subject matter expert (primarily in Email and SMS) to deliver best in class marketing strategies, campaigns and assets. The ideal candidate for this role is team oriented and enjoys both the content creation and strategic side of digital marketing.

Responsibilities

Work with customers to identify revenue and marketing success metrics and deliver high growth campaign strategies

Ideate, create, and deliver SMS and Email campaign content for a dedicated group of Enterprise customers

Use data and marketing best practices to evaluate, manage and enhance campaign performance season after season

Produce regular reports and present results and recommendations to customers

Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction

Provide analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders across the business, such as Client Success, B2B Marketing, Sales and Product.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in direct to consumer marketing strategies, ideally with a focus on Email marketing

Proficiency in marketing analytics, performance metrics and A/B testing

Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and strategies

Experience working directly with business clients or in an agency environment is a plus

Customer service focused with a team-first mindset.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Detail oriented and highly organized.
