Senior Manufacturing Automation Engineer – Medical Device Industry

EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED
Bachelor’s Degree in Software, Electrical, Robotics, or similar field
7+ years’ experience with the design, implementation, and maintenance of manufacturing automation systems
Medical Device industry experience highly preferred, but not required. Must understand a regulated environment.
Proficiency in CAD and parametric modeling; Proficiency in designing and programing PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems
MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB
Design and program PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems, integrating robotics and vision systems into manufacturing processes within cleanroom environment.
Lead the design and implementation of automation systems for medical device manufacturing.
Ensure risk assessments and validation procedures are conducted, including IQ-OQ-PQ; and lead troubleshooting of automation systems to diagnose and resolve issues quickly.
Plan, execute, and monitor multiple automation projects from start to finish, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
