You'll be supporting a wide variety of self-perform and subcontracted work across large DOT-driven transportation and infrastructure jobs — including bridges, highways, drainage, and deep utilities.
What You’ll Do
Assist PMs and field staff to ensure daily coordination across schedule, subs, materials, and QA/QC
Support project planning, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and schedule updates
Work alongside superintendents and foremen to keep field operations aligned and safe
Manage equipment, traffic control, formwork/falsework design support, and cost reporting
Collaborate with DOT officials and other stakeholders on compliance and quality delivery
What You Bring
3+ years in heavy civil or transportation construction
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar (preferred)
Experience working on DOT projects highly desirable
Familiarity with platforms like Viewpoint, Primavera, or HCSS preferred
Self-starter with strong field coordination skills and attention to detail
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80K–$110K+, plus bonus potential
