Desired Skills and Experience
Responsible for structural analysis, design, and detailing of steel, concrete, masonry, and timber systems
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements
Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes
Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons
Direct project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications
Your Role:
The Role as a Project Engineer to join our Structural Practice and work on medium to large-size projects such as new terminals, concourses, hangars, and other support facilities
Other projects include cultural buildings, office buildings, residential buildings, health care, research facility design, and tenant renovation work
Responsibilities assist in the direction, coordination, planning, organization, integration, and completion of engineering projects within the area of assigned responsibility
Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
Plan and formulate engineering program and organize project staff according to project requirements
Perform analysis and design of structural systems for all types of buildings and materials using various building codes
Manage other design team members and supervise the work of engineers and draft persons
Direct project staff in preparing contract documents, such as drawings and specifications
What they're Looking For:
5-15+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on structural design
Strong proficiency in structural analysis software, AutoCAD, and Revit.
PE License preferred (or ability to obtain in the near future).
Exceptional problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Either EIT or PE lisenced
