Job Description:
A Sr. Construction Manager is responsible for all technical aspects of telecommunications equipment deployment and ASP management at assigned jobs/venues. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Site validation for deployment
Supplier selection and management
Scope item identification and validation
Equipment/material distribution planning
Managing site access
Installation and construction planning/scheduling
Monitoring project progress and milestones
Acting as the Ericsson representative for venue reviews, customer inspections, and safety audits
Budget monitoring and coordination with Customer Project Managers
Delegation of administrative tasks to support organizations
The IBCM partners with/supports the Sr. Construction Manager on complex jobs/sites and also collaborates with the Remote Construction Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform feasibility walks and establish venue POC.
Analyze/develop SOW and BOM, collaborating with RF design.
Evaluate job/venue, resolve access issues, and plan construction.
Report material deficiencies and coordinate with Sr. CM to resolve them.
Manage project plan and schedule, adjusting as needed.
Attend market meetings and interface with stakeholders.
Oversee venue construction and perform EHS safety audits.
Provide guidance, training, and mentorship to ASPs and RCMs.
Drive issue resolution with service providers.
Work closely with RF design and ensure alignment with DOT system requirements.
Perform additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of 7+ years in the industry

Experience with Small Cell RAN systems (DOT, PDAS, ODAS)

Understanding of site acquisition, zoning, and permitting
Familiarity with Ericsson portfolio a plus
OSHA 30-hour certification for telecom industry required
