The Opportunity
This isn’t a back-office HR gig. You’ll own 20–30 hires a year across HVAC, plumbing, sales, and field support. You’ll be the engine behind sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding for a company that values recruiter input and speed to hire.

What You Bring:
2–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (ideally in trades or high-volume roles)
Familiarity with ADP Workforce Now or other ATS platforms
Skill in community networking, events, and recruitment marketing
Bachelor's in HR, Business, or equivalent experience
