ABOUT IKIGAI CASES
Ikigai Cases is a family owned e-commerce business selling metal pill cases. The business was started in December 2021 and has been run by two brothers since then from Washington, DC.
Our mission is to make exceptional pill cases and provide exceptional customer service. We have committed to these principles by keeping our order fulfillment operation in house and providing best-in-class service to our customers.
In 3.5 years, we have reached a multi-seven figure annual sales pace, crossed 80,000 orders and are selling several thousand pill cases per month. We are looking to find exceptional individuals to join our Washington DC based team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON
Whatever the business needs
Packing customer orders alongside the founders from our space located next to Farragut Square in Washington, DC
Tracking and managing inventory / supply levels
Using laser and cnc engraving machines to personalize orders (you will be trained up, no previous experience required)
WHO YOU ARE
[REQUIRED] Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a pick and pack order setting
High-energy individual
Looking for responsibility and direct access to founders in a high-growth company
Expecting to work hard
Able to learn quickly
Low ego -> willing do whatever is needed to get the job done
WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE THIS ROLE
The experience you gain from this role cannot be taught inside a classroom or in an online course. The only way to learn how to build an e-commerce company from the ground up is to be there making it happen.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Located in Washington DC or nearby in Virginia / Maryland
Expecting to work 50 hours per week in-person
