About the Opportunity

A growing supplier in the building materials space is hiring a full-time Account Service Representative (ASR) to join their customer support team. This position plays a critical role in entering orders, responding to customer inquiries, sourcing product solutions, and ensuring service accuracy and satisfaction.

This is an excellent fit for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, thrives on customer satisfaction, and has exceptional organizational skills. The role is based in-office Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturday half-days.

What You’ll Do

Accurately enter orders received via email, phone, and fax

Follow up on quotes and customer communications

Purchase non-stock items through approved vendor network

Collaborate across teams to ensure product and service accuracy

Maintain a high level of professionalism with clients and colleagues

Support other administrative and service-related duties as assigned

What You Bring

1–3 years of experience in building materials, building supply, or related field preferred

Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) and technical aptitude

Ability to handle high-volume tasks in a fast-paced, detail-driven setting

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent multitasking and time management abilities

Energetic, reliable, and personable team player
