RFP Writer Proposal Strategist

We are seeking an experienced RFP Writer – Proposal Strategist to join our Business Development Services (BDS) team. This individual will play a critical role in supporting new business efforts by managing the full lifecycle of Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs). The role requires strong writing and strategic communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of investment management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the drafting, editing, and completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs across asset classes.

Develop tailored, strategic responses that align with client needs and firm value propositions.

Collaborate with sales teams, investment professionals, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather information and ensure content accuracy.

Maintain and update proposal content in Loopio, ensuring high-quality, current data across strategies.

Contribute to process improvements and quality enhancements within the BDS team.

Specialize in designated asset classes or strategies to develop subject matter expertise.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Minimum of 2 years of RFP writing experience in asset or investment management.

Strong writing, editing, and proofreading capabilities.

Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, client-focused messaging.

Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects simultaneously.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proven ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across sales and investment teams.

Strong organizational and analytical thinking.

***Pay Rate- $51 -$53/hour
