Their most pressing need is for a Telecom Designer with building system design experience.

Responsibilities of the Telecom Designer

- Lead design efforts including voice, wireless, CATV/CCTV, Security, and data

- Perform system calculations, equipment selection, and layouts

-Conduct construction cost estimation, administration, site visits, and coordination with other disciplines.

-Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams (engineers, designers, drafters) from project initiation to completion.

Requirements of the Telecom Designer

-BICSI RCDD certified

-At least 2 years’ experience designing telecommunication and similar systems for new construction and facility upgrade projects

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
