Position Overview
Our client, an investment firm specializing in sports and media, is seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the leadership team. This role requires a self-starter who can work autonomously and with efficiency, while also thriving as a member of a collaborative and dynamic executive support team. Ideal candidate will be a highly organized, excellent communicator capable of managing projects of varying complexity with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a reliable point of contact anticipating requirements and overseeing a range of administrative projects.
Coordinate and manage meetings, and appointments; develop agendas, arrange catering, and prepare/distribute meeting materials. Manage complex calendars with minimal direction.
Communicate and coordinate with external stakeholders, welcoming and supporting them during on-site meetings.
Develop high-quality presentations and written materials at the request of senior leadership; perform research as needed.
Uphold strict confidentiality and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive information.
Take the initiative in managing day-to-day administrative duties with minimal supervision.
Qualifications & Desired Skills
5+ years of experience supporting senior executives; prior work in legal or investment environments is strongly preferred.
Excellent multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to shifting demands.
Friendly, team-oriented attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
