Job Title: Network Operations Center Engineer
Location: Frisco
Schedule - Must be able to work one of the following schedules:
One shift will be on nights. Mon – Fri night - 9 pm to 5:30 am Central Time – 1 night in the office and 4 nights from home.
One shift will be for swings. Mon – Fri swing – 1 pm to 9:30 pm Central Time - 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What You'll Do:
As a Network Outage Specialist, you'll be the first responder to network events, responsible for:
Proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and swift resolution of network outages, simplex issues, and frame loss.
Detailed ticket creation and escalation to vendors for efficient problem resolution.
Collaborating with field teams to coordinate and execute effective solutions.
Providing critical support and clear communication during network events.
In-depth data analysis to identify root causes and patterns of network disruptions.
Leading technical calls to facilitate rapid problem identification and resolution.
Analyzing outage trends, documenting lessons learned, and delivering statistical reports to drive improvements.
Developing and recommending proactive measures to mitigate future risks and prevent recurring outages.
What You Bring:
1+ years of hands-on experience in a NOC or transport-related role.
Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and essential computer skills.
Experience with industry-standard ticketing systems (e.g., Service Now).
Ability to quickly master new tools and technologies.
Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly to diverse audiences.
Proven problem-solving abilities with a knack for identifying and resolving complex network issues.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, 24/7 environment and maintain composure under pressure.
A meticulous approach with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Bonus Points:
CCNA certification or equivalent networking expertise.
