Programmatic Trader
We're looking for a Programmatic Trader to lead and optimize digital campaigns for an agency client specializing in travel and tourism brands. This hands-on, data-driven role is ideal for someone eager to take full ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and performance. You'll be responsible for developing strategic recommendations, managing campaigns across DSPs, and serving as the go-to expert for performance insights.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute programmatic media campaigns using platforms like The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.
Translate client goals into smart strategies and data-backed campaign plans.
Monitor performance and continuously optimize for better results.
Share insights and updates with clients, acting as their go-to contact for programmatic media.
Manage budgets and ensure campaigns stay on track and deliver results.
Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive success.
Stay up to date on new tools, tech, and trends in the programmatic space.
What You Bring
3–5 years of hands-on programmatic media buying experience.
Proficiency with DSPs (especially The Trade Desk), audience targeting, and optimization techniques.
Strong skills in Excel (pivot tables, functions) and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
Experience with various formats—Display, Video, CTV, DOOH, Audio—a plus.
Analytical, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple accounts.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A passion for digital media and a desire to keep learning and evolving.
Bonus Points
Experience with first- and third-party audience data.
Pixeling and AdOps experience.
Familiarity with tagging, trafficking, and standard naming conventions.
Creative thinking and a knack for uncovering performance opportunities.
